Ivory Coast Soldiers freed Defence minister after detain him for hours

Ivory Coast Defence Minister Alain Richard Donwahi released by the Mutinous soldiers after being detained for almost two hours
in stand off over pay raise.

Donwahi flew to west Africa city of Bouake early after released from detention as Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara announced a deal to end the despite following the talks between Dowahi and the Mutinous soldiers.

The Mutinous soldiers rejected Outtara call of agreement and firing heavy weapons outside local government offices where they met to block Donwahi.

The soldiers are seeking for bonuses, pay raises, housing and faster promotion.
