Save the Children said the figure could raise even worse in areas that are out reach because of insecurity. The Country Director of Save the Children Ben Foot said Children are presenting in despite conditions and facing severe malnutrition, often in combination with other life-threatening illnesses like pneumonia, malaria, and diarrhea.
